The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers – USC Chapter hosted a campus-wide research symposium where 7 labs from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering were showcased. Emma Morrissey and Emily Anne Vargas represented the M.C. Gill Composites Center at the event which brought more than 40 undergraduate students to the event to learn more about what being a student researcher is like, what research is being conducted at each lab, and how to get involved in potential research labs.
